Modular national sales strategy training deck
To address the problem of different training needs in different markets, I helped conceptualize a massive, modular deck that allowed sales leads to tailor trainings to their different markets. I then identified must-know industry updates and strategies and developed the deck to share these with licensed Medicare sales agents.

Strategy
In coordination across agency teams, I helped conceive a comprehensive modular deck that allowed leaders to pick and choose only training topics that were priorities for their market. We then identified topics and proposed the idea to the client.
Execution
From there, I conducted detailed research, outlined, and drafted a 200+ slide deck with almost 20 sections that leaders could mix and match per their needs. This was all done under tight deadlines with no room for delay and incorporating ongoing industry and product updates, additions, adjustments based on feedback from different stakeholders, and other complications.
Process and approach
- Conduct discovery calls with the client and other stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges.
- Ideate and conceptualize a deliverable that solved for all of these needs and challenges, landing on a comprehensive but modular presentation deck.
- Propose concept and negotiate client approval for this unprecedented and large-scale project.
- Research and create detailed outline of project, then run it by client for early-development alignment. Revise as needed.
- Draft deck.
- Update and revise deck based on an unusual amount of industry changes and review layers.
- Final review, proofing, QA, and delivery to sales enablement platform for sales leaders to access and version for their respective markets.

With deadlines for such a large, complex, and rapidly changing project being tight, it would have been better to wait until more information came in before starting and divide development among multiple writers.
AI tools shone with this project. They significantly expedited research, drafting rough talking points and slides layouts, and revising and proofing copy. It might not have been possible to meet such tight deadlines without it.
